Activating Agent

He watched from afar. He saw through the trees, over the river, and into her kitchen window. He was supposed to eliminate the threat of her activation, but somehow found himself inexplicably drawn to her charismatic smile and the way her forehead furrowed in deep thought. So for now, he just watched.
